SECTION 5a – WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper application, or accidents. Should a manufacturing defect occur within a reasonable time, you have the right to contact us, providing your order number and a description of the defect. In such a case, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
For customers in New Zealand, our products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which requires that goods be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) depend on the nature of the fault and are not limited to a fixed time period.
SECTION 5b – RIGHT OF RETURN
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@orthocomfort.co.nz. After this period, you may return items within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Refund Policy. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this policy.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
